Floor-to-ceiling wine displays

Floor-to-ceiling metal wine display used as a room divider

Posts that run from floor to ceiling and carry cradles on their face, single or double sided. Nothing is fixed to the wall, so this is the format for a glazed wall, a divider between two rooms, or a wall that cannot be drilled.

Design visualisations and drawings shown. This system is in development and the images are not photographs of completed TrussMetal installations. Final dimensions, materials and detailing are confirmed for each project.

Configurations

Single sided

Bottles on one face, posts set against or near a wall. The usual choice when the display backs onto something.

Double sided

Bottles on both faces, for a free-standing run that divides a space and is seen from both sides.

Cradle positions repeat up the post at the same 5 inch spacing as the wall-mounted system, and posts are cut to the ceiling height on site rather than ordered in fixed lengths.

The ceiling is the part that matters

A floor-to-ceiling display transfers load into the ceiling as well as the floor, so what is above the drywall decides how the head of the post is fixed. That has to be established before anything is built, which is why this system is quoted after a site visit rather than sold as a boxed kit.

We verify the ceiling condition on site. We do not publish load, anchor or structural figures, and we do not claim engineering or code compliance that has not been carried out for your specific project.

Powder coating and specialist finishing processes are sourced through finishing specialists rather than carried out in our own shop.
