We fabricate in North Vancouver and install across Metro Vancouver. The work changes city to city — slope on the North Shore, soft ground in Richmond, long runs in Surrey — so each area page covers what actually matters where you are.

North Vancouver

Our shop is here, on Francisco Court. Same-week site visits, and the closest thing we have to home ground.

West Vancouver

View railings and architectural gates, specified for ocean exposure and built to hold a finish.

Burnaby

Strata, townhouse and multi-family work — parkade gates, common-area guards and side-yard fencing.

Richmond

Commercial gates, security fencing and platforms engineered for soft delta ground and open wind.

Coquitlam

Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody — steep driveways and the long gate spans new builds need.

Surrey

Surrey and North Delta. Larger lots, longer fence runs, acreage gates, priced accordingly.

Metro Vancouver, From a North Vancouver Shop

Our shop is at 5128 Francisco Court in North Vancouver, and everything we build is fabricated there. That matters more than it sounds. Site measurement, dropping off a finish sample, and getting back to a job the morning something does not fit are all short trips rather than a day out for a shop on the other side of the region.

We work across Metro Vancouver. The six pages below cover the areas where we work most, and each one describes what actually comes up in that market — the building stock, the terrain, the exposure and the kind of work that follows from them, rather than the same paragraph with a city name swapped in.

What Changes Between Cities

More than people expect. The North Shore’s older strata stock drives guardrail replacement, parkade protection and wildlife-resistant enclosures. West Vancouver is steep and exposed, so material selection and access constraints decide the design. Richmond is flat, low-lying and close to the water, so base details and drainage decide how long something lasts. Burnaby mixes towers with large-format commercial within a few blocks. Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities are newer multi-family reaching their first retrofit cycle. Surrey is surface-level development with long boundaries and open ground.

That is why the city pages are not interchangeable, and why the first thing we do on any job is come and look at the site.

Vancouver and the Wider Lower Mainland

We work in the City of Vancouver regularly — it is fifteen minutes from the shop — and across the rest of the Lower Mainland where a project justifies the travel. We have deliberately not built a thin page for every municipality we will drive to. If you are outside the six areas listed, call and ask; the answer depends on the size of the job rather than the postal code.

What We Do Across the Region

Railings and guardrail replacement, gates and fencing, stairs, canopies, site furnishings, parkade protection, storage cages, equipment screens and roof access — plus mobile welding for repairs to metalwork already installed.
