Sapphire 02 Floating Square Fire Pit

Sapphire 02 takes the square form and lifts it. A stepped-in base sits below the main body so the mass appears to float just above the ground, throwing a shadow line around the foot. It is a small move that changes the whole read of the piece from heavy to poised.

Width, length and height — and, on round and spherical pieces, diameter — can be adjusted to suit your space and installation. Burner layout and finish can be tailored to the project where technically appropriate. Materials and fabrication

The Sapphire 02 Floating Square Fire Pit is cut, folded and fully welded from steel in our North Vancouver shop, with welds dressed for a clean finish. It is supplied in a durable outdoor finish, and alternative finishes can be specified where suitable.

Ideal applications

Well suited to contemporary patios and poured-concrete terraces where the floating detail reads against a flat surface.
